A Victorian stage-magic memory game built for offline solo play.
1. Who we are
Magicianbet is a single-device memory game with a Victorian stage-magic skin. The magician performs a sequence of props on stage and you repeat it in the same order. The whole game runs on your phone or tablet. This page describes what the app stores about you and what it does with that information.
2. Information we collect
Magicianbet does not ask for an account, name, email, phone number, or any other personal information to play. The app stores your gameplay progress locally on your device, including:
- Your in-game doubloon and amethyst balances.
- The power-ups in your Curio Shop kit (Slow Motion, X-Ray Card, Second Guess).
- Your stage name (a nickname you choose), longest streak, best run payout, total rounds attempted and landed, and unlocked achievements.
- Your in-app preferences such as wand vibrations and high-contrast mode.
None of this information leaves your device.
3. How we use information
- To remember your best streak, run history and balances between sessions.
- To restore your settings and stage name when the app launches.
- To unlock achievements as your longest streak grows.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. The only third-party touchpoint involved in delivering Magicianbet to you is the platform you downloaded it from (Apple's App Store), whose records of the download sit between you and the store, not us.
5. Data retention
Your progress and preferences are stored on your device until you uninstall Magicianbet or use the Reset Tour option under Stage Setup. Reset Tour wipes balances, inventory, achievements and run history immediately. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
6. Your rights
Because everything stays on your device, you are in full control of your data:
- To access your data, view it on the Performer Card screen.
- To delete your data, use Reset Tour under Stage Setup or uninstall the app.
- No server-side records of your gameplay exist for us to retrieve, export, or erase on your behalf.
7. Children's privacy
Magicianbet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Magicianbet indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
